When to Remodel

• Small Indoor Jobs:
  • Any Time, Winter time is good only not right before the holidays.
•  Medium Size Jobs:
  • It takes time to permits etc. Start now as finish before winter.
• Large Size Jobs:
  • Start planning in Jan and be ready to start as soon as the weather is good.

  How is a great time to remodel for we are currently experiencing de-inflation.  That means the materials price are lower as well as labor price because of the competitive economy.

   Homes have over history appreciated over time of 2% a year.  We are slowly using up our current inventory of new homes and there are not many homes being build this will cause the following.  As supply tights up the price will slowly go up for homes in the near future.
